How household notes are kept

What we hold
From the visit form: your name, email address, the sitting you ask for, a preferred date, whether the sitting is at the office or at home, and the message you write. From a sitting itself: notes of bill dates and amounts you choose to share, and the follow-up date. The desk copies what it needs onto the working map and returns original slips to you the same day.
Please keep national identification numbers, full bank account numbers, and passwords out of the message. A bill amount and a due date are enough to arrange the hour.
Why the notes are kept
Enquiry details are kept to reply to you, confirm a fee, and hold the hour. Sitting notes are kept to prepare your map and to handle the follow-up conversation. The legal bases relied on are steps toward the sitting you requested, and the desk’s legitimate interest in keeping a coherent record of a paid visit. Where the PDPA asks for consent for an optional use, the desk will ask separately. Sending a visit request is the request for a reply, and it is enough for that reply.
Retention
Enquiry messages that never become a sitting are kept for 24 months and then deleted or reduced to a count with the name removed. Notes from a sitting that went ahead are kept for five years so a household can ask what was written, and so a fee dispute can be checked against the confirmation. You may ask for an earlier deletion when the PDPA gives you that right and no legal duty requires the note to remain.
Who sees them
Naree Srisuk and Anan Waesama see the notes they need for the sitting they lead. A person who repairs the desk’s email is given access only for that repair. Household information stays at the desk. Bill notes stay off the desks of lenders, insurers, and advertisers.
International transfers
Sitting notes and enquiry records are kept in Thailand. The public website is a set of pages; the visit form on this site sends your message only as far as your own browser’s request to the site, and the planner’s reply is by ordinary email. If a future email host stores a mailbox outside Thailand, the desk will say so on this page before that change, and will rely on a PDPA-appropriate safeguard. There is no routine overseas transfer of household bill notes today.
Your rights
Under the PDPA you may ask to see the notes held about you, to correct them, to have them deleted or their use restricted, to object to a use based on legitimate interest, and to receive a copy in a usable form where the law provides it. You may also complain to the Personal Data Protection Committee of Thailand. Requests to the desk can be sent to info@clarityquarry.click. We aim to answer within 30 days.
