What a sitting costs, and what changes the figure.
Fees are confirmed in writing before the visit. You pay at the end of the sitting, in cash or by transfer. There is no charge to send the first note.

When the confirmation names a higher fee
A third or fourth adult who shares the purse, more than eight recurring bills, or a second address (a parent’s meter, a shop light still in the household’s name) is priced before the day. That changed amount is written in the confirmation, before anyone sits down.
Home visits inside Tambon Chehe use the same starting fee as the office. A home visit elsewhere in Amphoe Tak Bai adds a travel amount, stated in the confirmation, based on the tambon. Sittings outside Amphoe Tak Bai are held at the Chehe office, so the household travels rather than the planner.
Papers in Thai, Malay, and English can sit on the same table at the starting fee. A household that needs the written map prepared in two languages asks for that in the first note; the extra writing time is quoted with the fee.
How payment works
Office visits are confirmed with the fee payable when the sitting ends. If the map has to be finished within five working days because a page was missing, the fee is still paid on the day you sat down, and the papers are handed over or collected when they are ready.
If you cancel or need the fee returned, the conditions are on the cancellations page. A Saturday morning, when one is open, uses the same fee as a weekday.
