Who you are engaging

Clarity Quarry Financial Planning, established in 2016, with its desk at Tambon Chehe, Amphoe Tak Bai, Narathiwat 96110, offers in-person household bill planning. A sitting begins when the desk confirms an hour and a fee in writing, by email, and you accept that hour by reply or by arriving as agreed.

The work of a sitting

The planner prepares a written bill map, seasonal page, first-month sheet, or shared notebook, according to the sitting you booked. The paper describes due dates, usual amounts, and a suggested order of payment based on the documents and answers you provide. You remain free to pay in any order you later choose.

Loans, insurance policies, and securities are arranged with the bank or insurer you choose. Tax filings stay with you or with a preparer you appoint. The desk’s written plan is a household organizing paper, prepared from the slips you bring.

Your part

You agree to bring papers that are genuine to your household and to say when a figure is a guess. A map built on a guessed amount will say so. You agree that adults who share a ledger will attend that sitting together. You agree to pay the confirmed fee at the end of the sitting unless a cancellation term on the refund page already applies.

Intellectual property

The finished map, calendar, seasonal page, or notebook prepared for your household is yours to use, copy, and keep at home. Blank forms, the way the desk lays out a map, and the text on this website remain with Clarity Quarry Financial Planning. You may quote a short passage of the website with credit. You may not present the desk’s blank forms as your own service.

Liability

The plan is only as complete as the papers and answers supplied in the sitting. Clarity Quarry Financial Planning is liable for a fee you paid if a planner misses a confirmed sitting and no alternative hour is accepted by you. Further liability for a sitting, to the extent Thai law allows a limit, is capped at the fee paid for that sitting. The desk is not the cause of a late bill that was already due before the visit, or of a decision you make after you leave with the paper.

Appointments

Hours are confirmed in the email that names the fee. If you are more than twenty minutes late and have not sent word, the desk may treat the hour as a no-show under the refund terms. Home visits proceed only at the address written in the confirmation.

Website

The pages on clarityquarry.click describe the sittings and the fees in good faith. A fee on a page is a starting figure. The binding fee is the one in your confirmation. The site may be updated; the terms that apply to a sitting are the ones published on the day your hour was confirmed, together with that confirmation.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Disputes that are not settled by a conversation with the desk are brought in the Thai courts, including the courts competent for Narathiwat, subject to any mandatory rule that gives you a different venue.
