A planning visit is a reserved hour at the table. This is the order the desk actually uses, whether the sitting is a full Household Bill Map or a shorter review.
Before you leave the house
Two months of papers is the useful amount. Electricity, water, rent, school notices, installment books, and a note of money sent to family. If a bill is paid at a counter, bring the last stamped receipt. If it is a transfer, a passbook line or a written date and amount is enough.
Write, even roughly, who in the house usually pays each one. Couples and siblings who share a purse should come to a ledger sitting together. For a bill map, one adult who knows the dates can come, and the other can join the follow-up.
At the table
The first stretch is only sorting. Slips are laid out by due date. The planner asks when wages, market takings, or a pension arrive, and writes those days before moving any bill. Disagreements about who pays what are written as they are.
The middle of the hour places immovable dates — a penalty installment, a counter that closes on a Thursday — against the income line. Windows, such as a landlord who collects any day in the first week, fill the gaps afterward.
The last stretch is the paper you keep. A full map includes a 90-day calendar. A seasonal review is one page for the crowded fortnight. A new-address sitting is a first-month sheet. A ledger sitting starts the notebook in the room.

Home visits
Anan Waesama takes most visits to the house. You need a table and a quiet hour. The television can stay on in another room; the dates get muddled when it carries the conversation. Travel beyond Tambon Chehe is a stated amount in the confirmation. Outside Amphoe Tak Bai, the sitting is at the office.

Can two households share one hour?
Each address has its own map and its own fee. A parent’s meter at another house is a second sitting, even if the same person pays both.
What if a paper is in Malay?
Bring it as it is. Anan can follow that conversation when the confirmation says he is the planner. Thai and English papers sit on the same table with either planner.
What if we are missing a page?
The sitting still happens. The missing bill is marked on the map, and the finished page follows within five working days, which is already part of the Household Bill Map.
