Seasonal Bill Review
A shorter sitting before a month in which several large bills arrive together.
Sittings at the Chehe office, and at home inside Amphoe Tak Bai when the week allows. The fee is named before you travel.
The shelf
People come to Tambon Chehe with a plastic bag of slips. Inside it, the same cluster shows up again and again: the provincial electricity slip, the water receipt, rent, a school-term notice, a motorcycle installment book, and a scrap with the amount sent to parents last month.
Personal financial organization, here, means those papers get a due date, a payer, and a place against the day money actually comes in. The Household Bill Map is the sitting built for that bag.
Flagship sitting
For two hours the planner and the household put every recurring bill on one sheet and match it to income days. You take home the map and a 90-day payment calendar. A follow-up conversation happens within three weeks, once you have tried to live with the order.
From 2,400 THB for one or two adults and up to eight bills. Naree Srisuk leads the sitting. Original slips go home the same day.
Shorter hours for a crowded season, a new rented house, or two adults who need one shared notebook.
A shorter sitting before a month in which several large bills arrive together.
A first-month list for a rented house, before the new bills start to overlap.
One notebook for couples or adult siblings who share rent and food money.
We brought a plastic bag of slips. She lined the electricity, the water, and the motorcycle book against the Friday my husband is paid. I still dislike how long the first hour of questions felt.
From the room
The first hour is sorting and asking who pays what. Households sometimes want the calendar sooner than that. The map is more accurate when the slow part is allowed to finish, and the notes from other sittings say so in their own words.
Short notes on due dates, folders, school-term fortnights, and shared rent.
When the provincial electricity slip and the water slip land in the same week as rent, the wage day has to be written down before the slips do.
A folder with five sections is enough for a rented house. The rest is knowing which paper goes home with you and which one is only a scrap.
