Cancellations and returned fees

If you cancel

Tell the desk by email at info@clarityquarry.click or by telephone on 073589142. Notice is counted from the moment the desk receives it, on a working day.

If you cancel three or more full days before the confirmed hour, any amount you have already paid is returned in full. Office sittings are usually unpaid until the hour ends, so a timely cancellation often has nothing to return, and the hour is simply released.

If you cancel inside three days, half of the agreed fee is kept for the reserved desk time and the other half is returned if you had paid in advance. If you had not yet paid, the desk asks only for that half, as a reserved-time fee.

Rescheduling

You may move a confirmed hour once, without a fee, when you give at least one full day’s notice and the planner has an open hour within the following three weeks. A second move, or a move with less than a day’s notice, is treated as a cancellation inside three days.

No-shows

If you have not arrived within twenty minutes of the hour and have not sent word, the agreed fee is kept. A home visit where no one receives the planner at the confirmed address is treated the same way, including any travel amount that was written into the confirmation.

If the desk cancels

If the planner cannot hold the hour and you do not accept a replacement within ten days, every amount you have paid for that sitting is returned in full, including a travel amount.

Work already underway

Once a sitting has started, the fee for that sitting stands. If you end the hour early, the planner still completes the paper from the notes already taken, or stops where you ask and keeps the fee either way, because the reserved time and the reading of your papers have been used. A Household Bill Map whose written page is finished after you go home, within the five working days already included, is part of the same fee.

The follow-up conversation inside 21 days is part of the Household Bill Map fee. If you decline the follow-up, the fee is not split and is not partly returned; the map and calendar are the work you keep.

Deposits and materials

Office sittings are confirmed without an advance payment. Where a home visit’s travel amount was paid ahead, it follows the cancellation timing above. Fees cover the sitting and the paper prepared from it. Uniforms, repairs, and travel tickets stay with the shops and offices that sell them, so those amounts are outside the fee that can be returned.

How a return is made

Write to info@clarityquarry.click with the name on the confirmation, the date of the sitting, and the amount you believe should come back. Approved returns are sent by the same method you paid — cash at the desk, or transfer to the account the payment came from — within 14 working days of the approval. The desk will say if a detail is missing rather than leaving the request unanswered.

Exceptions

A fee already kept under the no-show or late-cancellation terms stays kept. A sitting that was held in full stays paid. Nothing in this page limits a right you hold under Thai consumer law that cannot be set aside by a desk policy.
