Where the rest of the money matters stay
The sitting does not sign a lease and does not open a bank account. It puts the money side of the new address in order so those errands have a sequence.
How a visit is arranged

Say where you have moved
Tell the desk the tambon and whether the sitting should be at the office or at the new house.

Bring the lease papers you have
Rent receipt, deposit receipt, meter numbers if they are already in hand, and any note from the landlord about who pays water.

Build the first month
Together you mark what is already paid and what will arrive before the first full payday at the new address.
What to bring
If a bill is still in the landlord’s name, bring that fact in writing or be ready to say it aloud. The sheet will show whose name is on the meter.
Limits of one sitting
One new address per sitting. A household that keeps the old house running at the same time needs the Household Bill Map as well, quoted separately.
The fee
From 1,800 THB. A home visit outside Tambon Chehe adds a travel amount written into the confirmation.
