Planning visit
Seasonal Bill Review
Ninety minutes to reorder a crowded season — school-term fees, monsoon repairs, year-end travel, or the food and family trips around a festival the household keeps.
Who the sitting is for
Households that already know their ordinary month, and want a second look when May uniforms, a leaking roof, or festival travel will sit on top of rent and electricity.
What you leave holding
[object Object]
Included in the hour
- Ninety minutes at the desk
- A one-page seasonal order for the coming cluster of bills
- A note of amounts still unknown, with a date to fill them in
Where the rest of the money matters stay
The review does not book travel or hire a roofer. It places those costs on the same page as the bills already due.
How a visit is arranged
-
01
Name the season
In your note, say which month is crowding — school opening, the rains, a festival, or the new year trip — and which large costs you already know.
-
02
Bring the cluster
Bring the notices you have, even if a repair quote is still only a spoken number. Write that spoken number down before you come.
-
03
Leave with one page
The seasonal order is finished in the sitting. There is no separate follow-up unless you ask for a full Household Bill Map instead.
What to bring
Bring your current bill folder if you have one, plus any notice for the large seasonal cost.
Limits of one sitting
A seasonal review assumes the ordinary month is already understood. If the regular bills have never been listed, the desk will suggest the Household Bill Map first.
The fee
From 1,200 THB, paid at the end of the sitting. A second address or a second festival in the same visit is quoted before you come.
Cancellations and returned fees are set out on the refund page. The broader engagement is on the terms page.
